Day 126 - I ruined a pot.
This isn’t very interesting, but tonight while making a delicious frittata for dinner, I burned the handle on one of my pots. I wrapped it in foil so it wouldn’t burn, but because I put it on the top rack, the broiler burned right through the foil. It’s not bad, but there are two nasty, smelly burned marks on the handle. I am pretty ticked off right now.
